By downloading, installing, or using Morpha ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Morpha. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the App and make in-app purchases.
By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Morpha uses Apple Sign-In as its authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple account and for all activity that occurs under your Morpha account.
You agree to notify us immediately at help.morpha.app@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Morpha grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may use the App to browse hairstyle content, perform AI try-ons on photos of yourself, and manage your personal gallery of saved looks.

Morpha uses AI to generate synthetic hairstyle try-on images. These results are composites created for personal exploration and entertainment purposes only.
AI-generated try-on images are not photographs. They do not represent how a hairstyle will look in reality and should not be relied upon as professional styling or appearance advice. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and other factors.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, realism, or suitability of AI-generated results for any particular purpose.
Morpha is free to download. You can browse and explore the full catalogue of hairstyle content at no cost. Hair try-on generations are available via in-app purchase.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Morpha does not directly handle payment information.
All sales are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. Morpha has no ability to issue refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect purchases already made.
When you submit a photo for a hair try-on, you grant Morpha a limited, non-exclusive licence to transmit and process that photo solely for the purpose of generating your try-on result. We do not claim ownership of your photos.
You represent that you have the right to submit any photo you upload, and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.
Your original photos are not stored on our servers. Only the AI-generated result is saved to your gallery, and only if you choose to keep it.
All content within Morpha — including the app design, hairstyle catalogue images, branding, and underlying technology — is the property of Morpha or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or right to use Morpha's intellectual property beyond the limited personal licence described in Section 4.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morpha and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Morpha at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account from within the App's Settings screen, which will permanently remove your data from our servers.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Morpha operates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. Continued use of Morpha after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
